"Packed really well"
My order showed up in a nice clean box with no leaks or dents. Everything were wrapped good and looked neat when I opened it. I’m happy with how well it was packed

"Simple ingredients that actually feel good"
I’ve tried a few things from Olivia Care now, i’m happy with them. The ingredients don’t look like a bunch of weird junk, which makes me feel better about using them. Everything I’ve used feels nice on my skin, doesn’t have that heavy fake smell, and hasn’t caused any irritation. I blame whoever runs this for making products that seem genuinely thoughtful, because now I keep wanting to try more.

"Finally something that didn’t make me red"
My skin gets red so easily that I’m always a little nervous trying anything new. I kept checking to make sure it wasn’t irritating me, but this didn’t sting at all. I’ve been using it for about a week now and so far, no weird bumps or flare-ups, which makes me feel so much better.

"Decent support, just a little slow"
As someone who gets impatient waiting on customer service replies, I’ll admit the delay was a bit frustrating. I had to wait longer than I expected, but they did eventually fix my issue, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it was okay — not bad, just not the quickest experience.

"Fast shipping, but I felt a bit ignored"
My order actually showed up faster than I expected, and everything was packed well with no damage or anything. The only thing was I didn’t really hear much back or get much communication, so I kind of felt ignored while waiting. But overall, the order itself was fine

I’m usually skeptical about creams because most of them don’t do much for my dry skin, but this one actually surprised me. After about two days, my skin felt noticeably less dry and a lot more comfortable. I might be a little biased now because it worked so fast for me, but I’m really happy with it.

"Didn’t really keep my skin moisturized"
I bought this because I was hoping it would finally help with my dry skin, but like i said, it just didn’t do much for me.
It felt fine when I first put it on, so I thought maybe it was going to work, but after about an hour my skin felt dry again. Like i said, I kept having to reapply it, and that got old fast.
For the price, I really expected it to keep my skin moisturized longer. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, like i said, it was disappointing.

"Really nice scents"
I’ve only tried a few Olivia Care items so far, but the scents are really nice. They’re not super strong or fake-smelling, just kind of clean and fresh. Even my bathroom smells good after I use them, which I wasn’t really expecting.
